How It Works

1 Deposit

Put down a deposits on your bulk order to secure a butcher date.

2 Cut Sheet Finalization

Once we have your cow hanging and get the final weight a member of our team will call you to walk through what cuts you want for your cow. The payment for the remainder of your bulk order will be collected at that time.

3 Pick Up/Delivery

Once the cow is cut and we have received final payment, our team will reach out to coordinate delivery or pickup.
