Fill your freezer with premium steaks, hearty roasts, ground beef, and specialty cuts like brisket for your friends and family! For this product, we will provide a standard, butcher's choice variety of cuts.
Roughly speaking, with butcher's choice cuts, 1/2 of your meat will be ground and stew, 1/4 will be roasts (chuck, shoulder, rump, sirloin tip etc.) and 1/4 will be steaks (sirloin, prime / rib, T-bone, filet mignon, tenderloin etc.)
Price is calculated from hanging weight. Final price estimates include processing/cut & wrap fee.
Your beef will dry age for 14 days before being processed. Orders are typically ready for pickup/delivery about 3 weeks after initial processing date. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

Average Hang Weight is between 800-950lbs. We charge $8lb based on hang weight. The yield average is around 60%. In a standard quarter cow cut you will receive 6 Chuck roast, 6 Arm Roast, 300lb + Ground beef, 4 Dino Ribs, 8 Denver Steaks, 2 Back Ribs, Flat Iron Steak, 27 Ribeye Steaks, 2 Plate Ribs, 12 Sirloin Steaks, 15 Filet, 20 NY Strip, 4 Top Round Roast, 4 Bottom Round Roast, 4 Eye Round Roast, 2 Tri Tip, 1 Mock Tender, Sirloin Tip Roast, 4 Flank Steak, 6 Skirt Steak and 4 Brisket (1/4). In the custom cuts you can also choose to receive organs, bones and fat.
